EMPIRE UNITED FUTURES PROGRAMS

2013 Competitive Teams

2013 Competitive Teams

Is your 2013 player ready for the next level?

Supplement our Boys Futures or Girls United Leagues by joining our 2013 competitive teams for weekly technical team training and local competitive play!

Who: Any 2013 birth year player interested and ready for the next level of competitive soccer! This competitive team training will give interested players their first taste of outside-of-the-club competition, while still allowing them to participate in any House/Futures/Girls United League play. Developmentally, this gives young, competitive players the best of both worlds!

We encourage brand new players to register for our house league options. If you aren’t sure if this program is right for you- please reach out! Interested players from outside the club are welcome to “try out” a session to see if the competitive team is a good fit!

What: Weekly technical training with certified Empire United Coaches. 2-3 Summer 4v4 tournament-style play dates, with additional scrimmage opportunities when possible. Preparation for future competitive play. Our weekly training will help lay a technical base for young players. We focus primarily on individual skill while also teaching players the rules of the game, and preparing them for 4v4 and eventually 7v7 action! Boys and girls teams will be separate but will train together for the indoor portion of the season.

When: Winter sessions will be Monday nights from 5-6 PM at Sportsplex Inc. (90 Ridge Rd. North Tonawanda) Sessions will begin on 1/11 and the season will run until mid-July.

Where: Sportsplex Inc. for winter training, EUSA KenDev complex for spring and summer training, competitions are TBA but will be local.

Cost: $375, includes weekly training coaching and rental costs, tournaments, uniform (Girls United or Boys Futures jersey).   Prorated pricing for players who join at the start of any month past January is available! Contact Coach Kiki for a discount code!

The Futures Path

The League:

The EUSA Girls United League is designed for our youngest female players to get a chance to learn, grow and develop their technical skills in a fun, empowering, and player-centered environment! With a female-led coaching staff assisted by mentor coaches (talented players and aspiring coaches themselves), this is a great environment for girls to thrive! The program consists of one training session and one game session per week. This program focuses heavily on building a solid technical base of skills that our girls will build on for years to come.
